Quality Hotel River Station

From the moment I set foot in the hotel, the team was warm and welcoming, and that just set the tone for the entire stay. Even when I came down to get coffee early in the morning, they made time to ensure that I was comfortable and stayed on to chitchat with me for a few minutes. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet; and it gave me a good night's rest. The breakfast had plenty of options to suit every palate, and the food was fresh and of excellent quality. The location of the hotel was just perfect for me, and it was just a short bus ride away from Gothenburg Central station. They are extending the tram services to pass near the hotel, and when that happens accessibility will improve even further. The hotel is located at the water's edge and near the pier for the local ferry.

We liked the location of the hotel (near to trainstation and also to the nature like the river or the forest). Our room was well-lit and no amenities were missing. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge assortment (including vegan, lactose-free as well as gluten-free products). We also had fun playing the games located in the hotel (esp. pinpoint and pool).

Good location near the railway station and by the river. Quite new building so it was all nice and clean.

The room was nicely designed/decorated, and it was clean and spacious, and thankfully the same can be said for the bathroom. My room had a nice view to the river and the room had great good furniture and other details that I appreciate a lot: like a full body mirror, and ironing table with and iron machine, and some hangers and places to hang clothes. Also a little desk, useful when I need to write or work a little.

Breakfast was good. Easily accessible. Might need a bit more room to sit. Almost all tables were in use 2 days in a row. Wifi is easy to access and works well.
